News: Weta District 9 Life Size Replicas

I am not too familiar with the Weta workshop, I am guessing they are the same guys that produced all those weapons in the Lord of the Rings trilogy that have now gone on to produce some amazing movie replicas for collectors.

I came across these recent releases from the District 9 movie that look pretty awesome...





Life size replicas are really getting a lot of attention...After master replicas was absorbed into Corgi, some of the key staff started eFx, there's museum replicas, weta, and it seems there is also a company called Roddenberry doing Star Trek replicas too...
