The 50th Soul of Chogokin, Combattler V version 2, will be coming in Dec.
Apart from the sculpting changes, all the windshield have been replaced by clear plastic.

News: Tokyo Toy Show 2009 - SOC Combattler V, Energy Z, Getta Dragon
New entries in the Soul of Chogokin lineup, GX-50 Combattler V, GX-51 Getta Dragon, GX-47 Energy Z.
GX-50 Combattler V renew version. Just looking at these pictures, the overall shape is not a whole lot different from the GX-03 version, I guess until side-by-side pictures show up, it will be hard to gauge where the proportions differ. This new version is supposed to have top-notch mobility (like the new Mazinger Z) and comes with the additional weapons and effects parts. 17800 yen, December.

News: Soul of Chogokin GX-50 Combattler V New Design
This new design of Combattler V is slated for a end of December release, at 17800 yen. The picture shows the CG design and is not a product view.
According to HLJ, the whole figure is pretty much redesigned from ground up, and the legs will provide more dynamic posing possibility. Also the signature moves of Choudenji (Super Magnetic) Spin and Grandasher Finishers can now be recreated, plus it includes effects parts to reenact Choudenji Yo-Yo attack.
Let me dig out the old version and do a review to remind ourselves, we need this new (v2) version.
