This looks fantastic, there is always room for one more RX-78-02.

News: Robot Damashii Qant

Although these came out a while ago, it's still news worthy given the Qant in Robot Damashii form will be coming out this month.

Also, can somebody tell Google that the new blogger editor is very difficult to use in moving pictures around...

Anyway, I am not too fond of the "bits joined together as a sword" concept, but the included circular stand adds a refreshing touch to the whole thing, don't you think?

 

News: Chara Hobby 2010 Special Unicorn Gundam Destroy Mode

A special Robot Damashii Unicorn Gundam NT-D Initiated version will be available at the Chara Hobby 2010 show. I quite like the milky look, kind of wish they do a different accent color than the red/pink, it's getting a little old. Still, looks good.

I wasn't going to pick this one up, but I may have to rethink. The Strike Freedom looks fantastic and the initial production comes with special joint parts for the wing effect parts I guess - the flashes or afterburner effects are sold separately...

News: Robot Damashii V-Gundam and F91

The Robot Damashii line up is coming with full force, releasing later this month is the V-Gundam Full Armor Assault version (or whatever its called), and in April will be F91...

Personally, I love the F91 although I know a lot of people are not fond of it. To me, the F91 really revolutionized the Gundam design and it inspired many works that came after - not very hard to see shades of V-Gundam, Wing Gundam, Wing Zero, Freedom, Strike Freedom...

Apparently coming in Jun'10 is this rendition of the Cherudim Seven Guns from the Gundam OO MSV series, it will have a list price of 3500 yen...
